What you choose to submit
The inquiry form requests your name, email and requirement, with a privacy acknowledgement. Phone, technical details and file uploads are optional. We store the details you submit, relevant product context, request type, source page, submission ID and time, and selected private attachments. Earlier inquiries may retain company or WhatsApp details supplied through the former form. Source context excludes free-text searches, tracking parameters and unrelated query fields. We do not collect form drafts or infer a visitor's country or search-engine channel. We use submitted information to review and respond to your request.
Private files and email
Drawings are stored as private database records and are downloaded only through an owner-authenticated server route. Email notifications contain submitted text but do not attach drawings. A configured email provider processes notification content. The production hosting, backup and email arrangements and provider disclosures still require confirmation before public launch.
Access, correction and deletion
Contact [email protected] to request access, correction or deletion, quoting your submission reference. Requests require identity verification. A final retention period and backup expiry schedule have not yet been approved. Test inquiries must be deleted before launch.
Security and cookies
GitHub sign-in is used only for the private owner dashboard and creates necessary authentication cookies. The marketing pages use no analytics or advertising trackers. A hashed network identifier is kept temporarily for rate limiting; deployment proxy headers must be configured to prevent spoofing. No draft inquiry data is sent before submission.
Attachment limits
Up to three nonempty PDF, DXF, STEP/STP, PNG or JPEG files of 3 MiB each are accepted. Attachments are not published. File types and signatures are checked where applicable; this is not a malware-scan guarantee. Operators must use an isolated viewer and establish file-screening procedures before operational handling.
